Summer School at CULS Prague

Food Safety, Quality and Nutrition

General
The summer school Food Safety, Quality and Nutrition will take place at Czech University of Life Sciences, Prague, 14th to 27th August 2013. It will start with e-learning sessions followed by teaching and excursions in and around Prague. The course participants should be enrolled in the following study programs: MSc Safety in the Food Chain, MSc (or advanced BSc) Food Science and Technology.

Participants
The summer cource is funded within the Sokrates framework for Life Long Learning. From each partner university, 10 students can apply for a full scholarship (75% travel and subsistance costs). Staff from each partner university is involved in teaching during the summer school.
